there are many that would fit, assuming the shrimp are not too small or the
clowns are going to get them, alot of cardinals are nice, dwarf angels could
do ok, some wrasses, the list gets kinda long, look around see what you like
and either research it or ask

be cafeful with the tangs, they eat reefs, but are careful what they eat.
if you plan on getting any plants, the tangs will rape them unless you stock
regularly or has sustainable amount growing. i think a pair of percula
clowns, a tomato clown, and what i would get is about 6-10 engineer gobys,
they school, very neat schooling fish. i would get 2 blennys for bottom
feeding too if your system is established to where there is worms growing in
the substrate. a cleaner wrasse is neat and one of those yellow? gobys are
cool too. this combination, of all of the above mentioned should be fine,
and if you add any others, maybe one or two, if you have room, then be
careful what you add! make homes for them, tunnels between rocks, and
anenomes for the clowns, and a live plant or two, or fake.
