[Cold Ethyl]

Discovered some tiny flea like insects living on the aquarium glass just
above the waterline on my goldfish tank. Just wondered if anyone knows what
they are and if they're harmful to the fish.

Like tiny little browny orange fleas, they crawl and jump when you poke
them.
