I checked the tank this morning and found a bunch of eggs. I've got a tank
with two goldfish and a few white clouds, so I don't know who's eggs they
are. They're about 1mm in diameter. I know that one of the goldfish is
definately female because I have seen her with clear poop that have zigzags
inside (reabsorbed eggs according to some site). The other fish has some
white spots on his head that have been there for about a month, but the fish
is only about 2.5 inches in body length (exc tail) so I thought it was too
young to breed.

size is irrelevant when it comes to breeding, its age that matters.
If you want to breed, you need to get the eggs out. Plants or a breeding
mop are useful. Otherwise goldies will eat all the eggs/hatched fry.
