Just bought 4 fish for our big tank.
One has no dorsal fin!
Its called pearl-something or pear-something.
Is that normal?
All 4 seem happy anyway.
The others are 2 gold & white orianders and one blue oriander btw.

Many varieties do not have dorsal fins, such as Ranchu and Lionhead.
By "orianders", I assume you mean Oranda? They are a round-belled fish
with head growth? I have a red one myself, and am looking for some calico's
at the moment.
I think the name you were looking for is "PearlScale". Their scales kind
of stand out, looking like little white pearls all over their body. They
are cute, too.
You can look up different varieties online. Try www.fishsempai.com, under
Fish Boutique or the photo gallery and you will see the varieties I
mentioned. Have fun and good luck. Welcome to the hobby.
