Just couldn't save him

Well, my favorite fish - the one I've been trying to save for the past three
weeks - died this morning. I still am not sure what was wrong with him,
doing the fish physical on him just yesterday yielded good results all
around, with the possible exception of softness in the stomach. He had
continued hiding, and then yesterday evening he starting floating around
with the current in the tank, keeping himself upright, but you could tell he
was weakening. Got up at 6:30 this morning and he was lying on the bottom,
completely gone.

I'll miss that big goofy fish.
