my turbo snails are just not surviving in my tank. the moment i put them
into my tank, they will not move an inch. and the next day i check on them
they are dead. i presume they are dead cos when i turned them over, they
have no movement at all.
may i know why is this happening? all my other live stocks(03 x cow fish, 01
x scooter, 01 x mandarin) and my corals are doing well.

Can you share any of your water test results with us?
Do you have any larger crustaceans or predatory starfish in the tank?

Introduce them gradually, if there is a greater s.g either way from your
water from your LFS supplier

How do you acclimate them?

I'm going to go with the acclimation as well. snails are much more
"fragile" when it comes to changes in environment. they need to be very
slowly acclimated to your tank, 6hrs with a drip should be a minimum and
longer if practical.

This is exactly the reason I asked - I knew I was "ok" ;-)

HTML is, in general, considered bad manners in newsgroups not intended for
such.

The reason I asked "what is the problem" was that I posted plain text.
Bobby made a mistake complaining - I did not post HTML.
