Looks like a Tigertail Cucumber - Holothuria hilla. Check out this link on

That's what I think it looks like, too. The color's a little more
greenish then the ones I've seen, but the shape and patterns are the
same.

Ah ha..

That's it.. Thank you. I think the greenish look is due to the tank glass on
that side of the tank. I have 'Googled' Tigertail Cucumber and found other
pictures of it and that is definitly it.

I guess this leads to the next question - Are they any good? Do they just
cruse around or can they cause problems?

OK I think I answered my own question. I've just found a great link (
http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/jan2003/invert.htm ) on cucumbers and
seems to have answered all my questions..

Adam, I'm glad you found your answer. The tigertail is a pretty good sand
sifting detrivore. Some people have a problem with them getting into intakes
and overflows. I'm not sure about tigertails, but a lot of cukes can release
toxins when they die. Hope that helps.
