Puffer going crazy

Hello,
I have a dog face puffer that is extremelly mellow.
Today he started freeking out.He wont look at me,and is running back and
forth at the sides and back of the tank. He's also browner.This happened
once before and i moved some things around in the tank and he stopped ,but
that didnt work today. HELP

I changed a small amount of water in my 92 gallon tank, and my sailfin tang
went into hiding and turned unusually dark colored. It might have been the
new tap water, containing chlorine,.or perhaps the pH of the new water, or
maybe the cup of salt I added to the tank, but he seems okay now, after
about an hour, and besides, the water change was nothing that he hasn't been
trough in the past, several times. Mike.
