Unless Ive introduced medication into a tank, I always use the old water
from the tank to water plants around the house. The plants always do
exceeding well.

I've never run a control set of plants watered with normal tap water but I
would expect the water from the tank in most cases to be better than tap
water for house plants.

Graham.
