Help needed in attaching a pond liner to a vertical concrete wall
please?

Hi,
A company I worked for attached a liner to a vertical foundation wall with
screws through an aluminum strip. That edge was then covered with stucco
along with the house. This was about fifteen years ago. It is still there.
