Hello,

If I described my anemone as having -

* long tentacles, light brown in colour (some with a hint of green)
* the outer tentacles being white at the bottom
* a white base firmly entrenched in a crevice between two rocks....

What would people's interpretation be of what this is? Further info
required?

Thanx
Miguel

Your description could be matched to many different anemones...
Check the most common ones: aiptasia or mayano anemone.

The reason for the question is that the LFS sold it to me as a Long tentacle
anenome.
I'm not that experienced at identifying these creatures but reading on the
internet have noted that LTA normally have orange to red base. Mine is
white???

Looking at google images but nothing yet. I thought it might be a Condy
Gigantea?

Any input is always welcome...

Thanx
Miguel
