|| Hi,
||
|| i was having a look at the aqua medic CO2 kit and it comes with a C02
|| cylinder
|| of about 350g (0.77lb).
|| Now my current CO2 level is only at 4 ppm and i would want to up it
|| to 12ppm.
|| (hence my interest in a C02kit)
|| Is there a way that one can approximately calculate how long a
|| cilinder will last?
|| The tank is 132 gallons.
||
|| Thanks

Lets put it this way, no. My 5lb tank on my 29g tank lasts 4months at 3bps,
and for a 132g tank, I'd get a 20lb tank and not worry...

1lbs bottle at about 2b/s on a 170g tank lasted me a month.
Dh about 17, normal PH 7.6 required 6.8

I now have a 22 lbs bottle with a home made setup.
