View Full Version : Why are Pacific Coast Chillers so cheap (comparitively)?

I was in the market for a chiller, and it seemed like most of the
chiller manufacturers with the exception of Teclima (higher than
everyone else) had similar prices for similar horsepower chillers. I
came across Pacific coast chillers which appear to be hundreds less
(at least for a 1/2 hp chiller) and could not figure out why. They
are titanium chillers with digital thermostats built in, and have a
one-year manufacturer warranty. Here is a link to a seller of these
chillers http://www.underwatercreations.com/pacific_coast_chillers.htm

Does anyone know if there is something I should be aware of before
purchasing a Pacific coast chiller.
