Hello, all,
I was doing some reading on the web, trying to find a more-or-less clear
classification of labyrinth fish, and I ran into the following snag:
According to some websites, labyrinth fish all belong to the anabantidae
family, except for the B. splendens, which is placed in osphronemidae.
However, I've also seen websites describing some labyrinth fish
(specifically dwarf gouramis) as part of the belontiidae. Can anyone
point to a good source of data that could clear my doubt?
