You guys ever put a Borelli (a mildly aggressive cichlid)
& a Viejita (a more aggressive one) together in a 2-feet tank?
If we put enough bogwood, upturned pot with cracks,
and other places to hide, will they finally ignore each other?

I had the Borelli as a gift and already have the Viejita in a 2-feet
tank where he is quite comfortable sharing with a school of Cory
Sterbais and Cardinal Tetras (yes! the ones that survive from
that planting pot!!! -- see my earlier post in this group!)

I have removed my very old & aggressive Blue Ram which
chased the Viejita around for 3 days.

Any suggestions are appreciated!!

Without knowing any more details (and I'm not sure that I want to know
;~), the territorial requirements of a mature Viejita would (I think)
exceed a 24" diameter, so the answer is no, ..and your mileage will
definitely vary!
