DIY Lighting website?

I've been researching on making my FO tank into a reef, and one of the items
I know I have to improve is the lighting. Are there any good do-it-yourself
sites? I went to the store, and was shocked at the price tag on the lighting
that I liked ...

Any advice/info would be appreciated.
