RIO pumps still have a hell of a bad reputation for melting down and
killing livestock...go to www.reefcentral.com and do a search for RIO
pumps.

I have three of them. I have a 20HF and 17HF as return pumps from the sump
and a 20HF running my Berlin HO skimmer. They have been running for around
4 months so far and seem to be fine.
