I cant figure out whats happening to my Yellow tangs main Dorsal Fin. The
edges are being eaten away it looks like. I had suspected the domino fish
until he died. I got the water real cleaned up, then it all dissapeared.
Now it back, and not looking too good. looks like bite marks along the fin,
and you can see areas of thin skin that i guess is areas of new growth from
old eaten away spots. i am having problems with my water possibly, is this
fin rot? or water problems? or something else. if its some kind of
infection, would soaking food in garlic help?? if its then hopefully things
are on the rise.... thanks... wolfhedd

just so happened to be when i stopped using my home made potien skimmer, and
