Cleaning a tank that has had fish in it with fungus

I have a tank that previously had fish in it that had fungus, I was
wondering if anyone had any tips about cleaning the tank so I could
start over with new fish.

a little bleach, rinse, leave outside in the sun all day, use dechlor on filling.
