Water currents gentle, medium, strong?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about water currents strengths. I was wondering what
types of powerheads I should use in my 55 gallon tank to create a gentle or
medium current. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks

In my 55 I have two AQ402's and one AQ802.
