An interesting article from the BBC...

It's not happening on a massive scale, yet. But, if these pilot projects
work out...who knows.

I heard about this at MACNA, as Walt Smith included it in
his presentation.
According to the article, power must be retained for the
corals to survive. I wonder if the lower current acts
slightly like a UV sterilizer?

worlds coral reefs that bleak?
