View Full Version : "REVENUE AUDITED" stamp on packages...

Recently I placed two, consecutive orders for 200 gallon IO salt mix buckets.
One from BigAlsonline.com, the second from PetSmart.com Both buckets had
a regular UPS shipping label stamped in red ink with "REVENUE AUDITED" text
and a bunch of numbers. There was a reference to New York city or state also.
Other packets in a carton box shipped from the same location with UPS did
not have the stamp. Have you noticed similar stamp on your packets?
What could it mean? Maybe I am overreacting on this specific words combination? ;-)

Likely that UPS checked the measurement and weight and made sure that
the amount paid by the shipper was correct.
