Cloudy water

Hi all ,

Yesterday i added the SeaChem Neutral Regulator after changes waters
in the cichlid 29 gallon tank.
However , today , the tank is cloudy or white cloudy .
Any ideas what is happening and how to solve the problem ?
pH between 6 to 7
kH 10
Ammonia 10 mg/l

10mg/l ammonia? Is this right???? Man, cloudy water is the LEAST of
your worries! Your tank needs to cycle before your fish die!!!!
