Angelfish Tumour?

I have noticed a protrusion on the side of one of my angelfish that is
growing slowly, day by day. I'm wondering which organs occupy the area
of the growth?

There can be some uncertainty with the variety of fish shapes, ie: highly
compressed body shapes, but I believe the two upper-body organs of
interest would primarily be the kidney and then the swim bladder directly
underneath, however if I was to guess from the photo, I'd say it's a
tissue growth just under the scales.
