I'm new at the sal****er hobby so bear with me. I have a beautiful long
tentacle anemone and a peppermint shrimp in my tank. The peppermint shrimp
appears to be feeding aggresivly off of the center part of the bottom of the
anemone (center of the pedal disc). There appears to be a small amount of
white stringy like stuff coming out of the anemone in the center where the
shrimp has been feasting. I'm concerned that he may be "picking" at the
anemone or is this something the shrimp do and it doesn't cause harm? My
understanding is that the peppermint shrimp are peaceful creatures and don't
harm other inhabitants. Any help will be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
