GoldFish Fin rot

Hi all ,

I have 29 gallon tank , recently my three gold fish have died. (
cause i accidentally pour too much anti-bacteria medicine for dropsy )

Only left 3 gold fish without any dropsy , all theirs fin are rotted
..
And i had noticed that one of the gold fish is attacking others .

Any ideas how to cure the fin rot ? And please explain to me why the
goldfish are attacking other gold fish ?

Make sure you ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are at 0, 0 and <20
respectively
your anti-bacteria medicine probably killed your bio filter, so these levels
are likely to be elevated, which will cause stress and fin shredding.

They stressed, that's why attacking each other, also causes fin rot.. What
is your water quality?
PH, Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite etc...
How often you change water?
