On Nov. 14th I have just aquired a new peice of Pachyseris coral, yet this
afternoon, I have noticed that along much of the flat surface area of the
coral seams to be turning more of a white hue...the normal color of it is a
grey/brown tone.

The coral is about 6" from the water surface and 12-14" from a 175watt metal
halide(not directly below it). I always acclimate any new additions, I use
additives, Kent-Liquid Calcium, Ess. Elements, Tech*I, Strontium&Molybdenum,
Coral-Vite, Coral Accel, PhytoPlex, and DT's Live Marine Phytoplankton. All
additives are on a schedule.

Is there is anything I can do or should not do for this coral? Does it need
some time to adjust to its new home?

Thank you for your forthcoming advice,

CT
