We have a 30 gallon tropical freshwater tank.

Our one danio keeps chasing the other danio relentlessly.

Is this something we should be concerned about? Should we separate them?

Thanks.

Is there only 2? If so, the only way to stop it is to add more
danios, (I wouldn't keep less than 5 alone in a tank, myself) or
seperate them. The dominante danio will not stop chasing the other
one since he has nothing else to draw his attention. Danio's are
hopelessly neurotic, and have to be doing *something* all the time.

that is what Danios do. They are constant motion all the time and it is
also the manner in which they spawn, scattering eggs as they go about the
tank.
