Hi ,

I'm about to dose my main tank with ESHA EXIT whitespot treatment, but I'm
concerned it may harm my shrimps. There's no ingredient list or warning on
the instructions.

advice gratefully recieved

advice, don't use any medications of any sort. But that is just my opinion.
If you have ich in your tank, correct problem that is causing the fish
stress and and make sure the tank is nice and warm and the ich will go away
without any chemicals.

That's fine if the infestation is a little one.
If the fish are heavliy infested with Ich in their gills, they do need
medication or can quickly die if untreated.
I would remove the shrimp, as most Ich meds are unsuitable for inverts and
scaleless fish.

In case anyone reading this is googling for their own answer :-

I emailed ESHA, they were very helpful. They told me ESHA EXIT contains no
copper, they've never had any issues with the shrimps in their own tanks,
and no customer has ever complained about harm to shrimps.

I used the product, the shrimps are healthy and the whitespot has vanished.
