Hi Iam looking for some advice on my overflow box weir. I had a custom acylic tank made by clairty plus. 200 gallons. L shaped tank and wanted the overflow box to be in the corner of the L. But I never told them how big of a overflow box I wanted. Well its to small I can only pump 900gph over the weir that is max anymore I will overfill the tank. The water level in the tank at this rate is very high. My question is can I cut or knock out some of the teeth at the top of the overflow box. To increase flow. Would love any help thanks jimmy

How about notching the "teeth" deeper, to allower greater flow?

that could also lower the water level. cutting off some of the teeth would
be better, and would leave the level alone.
