Where to Buy Vortex Diatom Filter Media

Sometimes between water changes I filter the water to ultra clear by
using my Vortex Diatom.

Its hard to find the diatom filter media at LFS and some of the online
e-tailers prices seem to be out of whack.

I assume that the diatom filer media used in spa is the same as what
is sold for the Vortex.

Anyway does anyone know if that is correct?

I can buy this from http://www.lesliespool.com for about $1.00 a lb.
Anyone have any experience buying diatom filter media from a pool/spa
supply store?

I use the stuff from the pool/spa supply all the time. It is exactly the
same stuff, and way less expensive.

I use the same bag of DE for both my pool filter and my aquarium filter.
