What brand and type of food do you recommend for goldfish. I brought
three of them in from my pond for the winter. Currently I am using slow
sinking pellets by Wardleys. Is there something better, or is that good
enough? Thanks

high protein, protein type from water. no corn in first 2 ingredients. I would
suggest aquadine. you can buy it online and feed it SPARINGLY. 3-4 flakes for a
large 5- 6 inch goldfish 2x per day. no live or frozen food that hasnt been
irradiated. Ingrid

Thanks for posting. Where online can I get this? Looking for reputable
fresh water dealers. Have had reef tanks for years, but the vendors I
use don't carry that line. Thank You

KRF,

All you have to do is to go to www.aquadine.com to purchase this kind of
food.

Ingird has been pushing this high protein horse pucky for years now and used
to tell everyone to buy BioKyowa, but it is not availalbe any more and is
very expensive. Aquadine is not cheap, and pellet size I would go with the
the small to medium. 1.5 pounds runs about $18.99 (large pellet), while the
small to medium size flake/pellet runs about $13.99 for 8.5 ozs.

You can go to www.GoldfishConnection.com and buy Sho-Gold (a 32% protein
feed) that is great for fish at about $12-14.00 a pound. He also sells
Pro-Gold which is a more expensive feed and is also very good.
