Is there a conversion chart for converting TDS ppm reading to Salinity?

Yes, you can use a TDS meter, as they are a function of conductivity, the std for seawater
measurement. The TDS meter would need to go to 40,000 ppm on a corrected seawater scale
and I'm sure yours is no where near that :-)
