Nah, really isn't all that complicated if you've used a saw and glue
before. My very first salt tank ran on a DIY filter system. IMO, it
expanded my knowledge in a way simply shelling out $$$ never could.
Once I gained experience, I built another one, and my main display
runs on it to this day. My next project is to make my own skimmer.
