Anyone else have their GF react to what they're wearing? I'm probably
anthropromorphizing (sp), but they always seem to scatter when I wear my
bright red winter coat.

I don't know about colors but I had a 55 gallon tank of African Cichlids
that would vanish into the rockwork when a stranger came into my house. I
think it was the different voice that scared them and made them hide.
Within 30 minutes of company's leaving they all came out again.

When I enter the bedroom where my GF tank is they spot me instantly and
almost flips the lid off to get my attention, ie. "We're hungry, feed us..."
:-)

They do this everytime someone enters that room, strangers or not, as longs
as the GF thinks that they'll be fed they react like sharks (It's a good
thing tha GF's don't have teeths or I would have lost all my fingers by
now)...

## Yep! GF will do that. So will African Cichlids if they KNOW you.

Remember this motto to live by:
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in
a
pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly
used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming -- "WOW -- What a Ride!"
