If a person realy wanted to screw with them, names to use and email
addresses are as vast as the waters of this world........they only
loose in the end...........the butthole kill filter users that is.

is..........most of the others are content to let Dr. Solo be the Fish

other rubbish............

What I'm baffled about are the Killfile-Queens. They're the ones who offer
the LEAST here! In fact I don't see them offer anything of interest or
value. I'm sure glad THEY killfiled me. At some point they'll have the
whole NG killfiled. At that point they'll leave us in peace, complaining RP
is a bore and has no posters. :-)))

I don't see any posts from Nedra. She was a regular here at one time.

I'm a bit baffled to, but I remember a Roy who had a large pond/lake and
had fenced off a section of it as his koi pond. He wrote very informative
and fun posts, and he lived somewhere down south and I think he even may
have gotten fall out from one or four of the Hurricanes down there. Had
some great pictures of his pond too and his fake alligators.

Anyway, I know at one point there was a thread going where Nedra did say
something, but I think it might have been more a misunderstanding from not
reading the whole thread before commenting. I know it came out like, "You
have a lake, what do you know about enclosed ponds?!" I think Roy's
comment back was, "I'm outta here." I know I posted "Roy, don't go, we
always have people coming in here with very large pond like his and needed
the expertise," but didn't get an answer, so I assumed he was gone.

Is this that Roy? If so, are you the same Roy who replied to john the 16 yo
boy in an earlier thread? That Roy sure didn't see like the Roy I got to
know last spring/summer. What happened? ~ jan

WRONG:
She and most others were most astonded by what they cal my cavalier
attitude and dead fish from natural causes..all it took was her and
her assinine opinionated statement for the rest of the kill file
mongers to jump on the band wagon as well. Very short fuyses they all
have so I in turn make this forum my entertainment arena anymore.
Little did I know how much most folks in the group really know about a
pond, as 99% of repies are nothing but canned responses. There are
much better forums and discussion of fish kis does not bring on nasty
emails and kill files.........thats the difference in dealing with
wanna be's and real folks, and especially those that ive in their
little fairy tailed worlds where its aways sunny and bright..........

Not a probem JJ.........not a problem, its just that some of these
individuals gave me a new form of entertainment with their narrow
minded ways and views, and if they can be in their own ittle mind what
they are in this forum so can I.........

BV is quick to bitch and moan about spam, but he makes allowances for
his self to post crap his wife is selling, so why shoud Ingrid be
treated any different.....Double standards.....thats all, and with the
exception of a few these narrowminded individuals think what they say
is gosple, and woe be unto you if you dissagree..........There are a
few in here that are like followers of The Reverend Jim Jones and
Jonestown........being that they are quick to jump on the bandwagon
of their so called pond god and agree with whats said without having a
clue as to whats is being said.

Up front and to the point, You, Rich Toy box, Windsong, KN???, and
Derek and Tom are for the most part the most knowledgeable folks
with a more open attitude, that reply to or start a post with a
purpose unlike the others who just post to see their name in cyber
land and have the hopes to add yet another kill file........or
dissagree just for the purpose of dissagreeing, without having the
first clue as to what and why........IMNSHO they are dumba$$es looking
for a cause....

As to my so called improper post in regards to some 16 year old, so
what........I did not start what I replied to.......and if this so
called 16 year old does not like what I stated let him join the ranks
of BV and Nedra and the other narrow minded folks and add a kill
fille........afterall it seems to be the in thing in Rec.ponds

IMHO all USENET is, is a form of entertainment anymore, its seen its
heyday as to being usefull. If these so caled gods of the ponding
kingdom were so knowledgeable they should go where they can get their
points and knowledge out to more folks, and that would be to go to Koi
Vet, or Koiphen or some of the other forums......USENET is about as
functional as the old Bulletin Boards of the 2400 BPS modem
days......But they will not make that move as it would show the world
just how litte they actually know and they woulld loose their self
appointed demigod status in a defunct USENET forum, and most of all
loose their abiity to kill filter. Nothing like folks who will reply
with a comment to a post and then close their post with the statement
that "XXXX" has now been kill filed...........and the rest of the
sheep follows up with similar replies. Kill files are not the way, and
serve no practical use, except perhaps to blank out a subject they
don;'t know squat about. Their attitudes towards different processes
and views close down any possible foresight and debates the minute
they initiate a killl filter, which makes the forum one
sided....Without having the abiity to kill file makes them just
another poster and knocks them off their pedestal.

Now tell me if you were a newbie and you came into this forum and see
all these kill filles and one sided remarks would you really take
anyones word of advice.....or woud you rather see a debated subject
and see both sides of the story with pros and cons........Unmoderated
or forums moderated by one person is prehistoric and tend to be one
sided just like a political parties beliefs.

When/If a newbie, I'd lurker for quite a while and get the feel for people,
before I'd join in. The kill files only get mentioned in winter time most
the time and newbies usually don't get involved here till spring and
summer. By the time winter comes along they're oldbies. ;o)

I like usenet and don't frequent the others except for my KHA bulletin
board, which is VERY quiet, due to time. Usenet is so easy for me to delete
what I've read and move on to the next message. ~ jan

I mentioned what my wife sells one time, and marked it as an OT. I did this
because I knew the regulars would understand my point, and because I thought
they'd be interested in the products.

Secondly, if you truely read my posts you'd see that I did not bash Ingrid
for SPAM. In fact, I more or less defended her, saying that I was frustrated
that she had sunk to simply responding to many posts with her ad out of
anger. She is intelligent and has contributed to this group often, so it is
troubling for me to see her sink to silly tactics. She is better then that.
If that is bashing, I guess I am guilty, but I assure you I meant all I said
in the most supportive of ways, even if I did not make that clear.

You on the other hand Roy, are trolling. I have not seen one post from you
in the past week or so, that was anything but trying to cause trouble.
