Hi, if you already have an aquarium alarm, perhaps you can answer my
question, because the vendor websites are not specific enough.

Are there any (which brands, models?) aquarium thermometers with a
SETTABLE high temperature alarm? I want to set the alarm to ring at my
own setting, not a pre-set farenheit/celcius number.

Also, how is the alarm stopped, once it rings, or does the alarm just
chime once?

Thanks in advance for all replies.

I have 5 "Lifeguard, Big Digital" themometers. Both high and low
alarms can be set. I accidentally dumped one into the tank. Thought
it was a goner, but after it dried, the display returned. I have one
29 gallon tank that runs warm and did set the high alarm off last
summer. It is not too loud but it did catch my attention.
