Do these do better in medium to low light? I have some in my reef.
They're about 12" down from the surface, about 14" below my power
compact flourescents. None of them are opening up, except for the
ones in the back which seem to be getting a little shade from an
overhanging rock.
Do I need to put these in a spot with less light?
P.S. Ditto for my red mushroom polyps, which won't get bigger than a
dime.
Thanks,
Juan

They don't need that much light, and are easy to keep. I'd
try moving them down, and perhaps post your water's
parameters in case this is a water-related problem.

How long have you had them?

Are they a new addition to your tank? We definitely need any water
measurements you can provide to help you.
