I am very worried because my black moore goldfish has just started
chasing after and sucking on the sides of the other two fantales. I am
worried because of the slime on the fish, and becauase this behaviour
seems agressive and might be stressful to the other fish. Can anyone
tell me why it is doing this and what i can do!! I am very worried!!!!

I had 2 moors in with some fancies. While the would not suck, after a while
they seemed to enjoy just plowing headlong into the other fish. It seems to
me GF have different levels of 'boastfulness', even varying at different
times. This behavior may change. A little stress coat might protect them
some, a tank divider? My concern led me to move them to a different
location, in my case a pond (where they had come from). In there they are
the bottom of the totem pole and seem to be quite content to just amble
around and grow quite well. There are some other fancies in the pond who
they never come close to. But inside they became the tank bullies. IMHO if
this continues long at all,it is cause for concern and you will need to
seperate them somehow.

Yes, I agree with Bill, if this continues to go on you should be
prepared to set up another tank or find a new home for one of your
fish. If you dont you will probably end up with a sick then a dead
fish : ( I have had this happen to me twice with goldfish. Both
times I was able to move the offending fish to another tank and they
were fine. I think I have a couple of aggressive boys who were chasing
the girls in the tank. =20
