What are you water parameters (ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, ph) , how many
fish do you have??? How big is the tank?? If you sont know your parameters,
buy test kits to test for ammonia nitrates, nitrites and PH.

How long has your tank been running for??
If it hasn't been running that long, it may not have cycled and the
cloudiness could be a bacteria bloom... In that case, leave the tank to
clear up on its own and still do your weekly fortnightly partial water
changes.

its normal for a cycling tank to be cloudy at first.

If your tank is already cycled, have you cleaned out the filter recently??
If so did you use tank water to clean it out and did you wash it gently?? If
not, the cloudiness could be a bacteria die off.
