I woke up this morning to see the 5 runchus eyes were coder with white layer
over their lens.I immediately do a 100% water change and cleanup the
biofilter.
But condition did not improver very much.

Just keep doing 24% water changes every day for a week, if you
can get hold of melafix give that a try too.

Yes, I agree that water changes are in order. A white film covering a
fish's eyes can be caused by an ammonia spike in your tank. Have you
tested your water lately? You can perform daily water changes for a
week or so and add some predissolved aquarium salt to your tank if you
dont have any melafix. BTW, how big is your tank, how many fish you
get in there and how often do you do water changes? I have a suspicion
there is a water quality issue going on here.

according to G. Bassleer's illustrated giude to fish diseases, cloudy eye
problems are usually caused by a parasitic (ichthyobodo) infection. Melafix
and pimafix are a great help.
