Fat fish continued

I'm going to the pet shop asap to ask them about this bloated fish
problem. I read that it could be dropsy and to treat it with epson
salts. I have isolated it just in case. Does anybody have any other
ideas?

I've never heard that epsom salts treat dropsy, just swim bladder.....
if the scales arent sticking out like on a pine cone, then it ISN'T dropsy!
