I just noticed several small 1mm leaflike things on my glass in the corner
of my tank today. Before I research what they are I thought I'd post. They
look like tiny light brown leaves and they have a smaller red spot like a
head. Any ideas?

They look like the second photo. I remember seeing the critters in the first
photo in my refugium. They had a big "scoop" they would use to clean algae
off the glass.

Sounds like flatworms....they hate high water flow....some wrasses eat them
and velvet nudibranches gobble them up....they can reach epidemic
proportions quickly.....

I siphon them out using a net and turkey baster.....Salifert makes a product
called Flatworm Exit as well...they are highly toxic when they die, so be
careful...
