I am having problems with my Julies & need advise. I just purchased 8 of
them from Tom at the CRLCA on Sunday. They have been in my 50gal tank since
then & until today have been doing great!!!

I am pretty sure there isn't anything in the tank that would harm them. I
have been keeping a pair of J. Dickfeldi in the tank for about a year &
half. They were doing great I just moved them to a larger tank & decided to
get some more from Tom. It is a 50gal tank with Black sandblasting sand &
Texas Holey Rock. Aquaclear 500. Ph is 8, Water is very hard. All readings
are fine Ammonia, Nitrite etc... Was a fully cycled tank. When I came home
today & went to feed all the fish I could only find 5 Julies & they looked
like they were on their last legs. Lying on the bottom barely moving......
Need ideas quick!!

Sounds like water shock. Compare the NO3 levels of the source and
destination.
