When I last kept fish undergravel filters were new !!! yes, it was a while ago... anyway all female guppies were plain with no colour anywhere then (1974) and breeders were trying to get a bit of colour in them.

Guppies - no longer so humble - are still my favourite fish but now I notice that the females have some colour on them - little bits here and there. They obviously succeeded !

Anyway I have got some completely golden ones now - are they the female to the golden/yelow cobra type (of which I have a few)?

Are there any good sites for gupppies that anybody knows about?

http://www.guppylabs.info/ and they have various Guppy links as well.

Then there is the IFGA: http://www.ifga.org/

http://www.deltaguppies.com/links.htm has a number of links as well.

And since you are returning to the hobby after 30 years, I have a page on
my site titled 30 years of changes which you might find interesting.
