This an odd article and suffers, I think, from a few translation errors
and misjudgments.

The article seems to be about transporting live fish out of water and
being able to
revive them by placing them in water again. No indication on how long
the fish can survive this way or any indication of muscle or cell
damage? I guess it is for the food market. Pre-tenderized?
