Sorry I'm so slow to answer. Been off-line for a couple of days. There
are two that are very good.

The Manual of Fish Health
Dr. Chris Andrews, Adrian Exell and Dr. Neville Carrington.

T.F.H. Publications, Inc., 1989

The one I've been looking at and Richard and I have been referring to
lately is the Untergasser book, but I think the Manual of Fish Health is
perhaps a better first choice.

I have Gerals Bassleers' "the new illustrated guide to fish diseases" heaps
of photos so now i know what is happening.
