brown spots

I have a tank 6 weeks old and recently these rusty spots showed up on
plant's leaves, rocks and glass

First observation is a diatom bloom. Completely normal in newly set up
tanks. Should go away in a month or two on it's own. The diatom's main
source of food is silica, which is just about in everything. They will
quickly bloom to cover everything and then die off to levels that keep up
with regular silica replacements (water changes). Die off typically amounts
to a near complete recovery so there's not much to worry about.
