decapsulating brine shrimp

Is there any harm in including the brine shrimp eggs shells with the baby brine shrimp when feeding a reef tank? Or do you have to decapsulate them first?

You only want to feed the brineshrimp themselves, not the
egg casings. That is simply extra pollution.
