One of my male bettas has about a 1/4" string of poop hanging out and
it's been there for about 24 hours.
From what I could find out, the appropriate treatment for constipation
(I guess that's what this is) is to withhold food for 48 hours and then
feed a little skinned mashed boiled pea. If that doesn't work then an
epson salt bath.
But I'm wondering if he's still hung up in the morning if I should net
him and remove the poop with tweezers? Your opinion?
Please also respond if you have other treatmen ideas or you think it's
something other than constipation. Thanks.
